Rule 509-3-.03 Armed Security Officers

Individuals who are registered pursuant to O.C.G.A. § 43-38-7as armed employees of private security businesses must satisfy the training requirements set forth in 509-3-.10, in addition to the requirements set forth in 509-3-.02.
